- Download the template in the desired size and open it in your preferred design software (we recommend Adobe Illustrator).
- Design the template according to your ideas and save the file as an “Illustrator PDF.” All technical specifications can be found directly in the Print Tattoo print data guidelines PDF.
- Click on “Start designing” and upload your PDF directly into the designer.
- That’s it – your design is now ready for print.

If you want to prepare your print data with maximum precision, please follow the instructions below.
They will help you implement all technical requirements correctly and achieve a perfect print result.
Important!
- Please ensure a minimum distance of 5 mm between individual motifs.
- Maximum upload or file size: 10 MB
- Image resolution must be between 300–450 dpi
- All graphics and fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines for optimal display.
- For metallic colors, the minimum line thickness must be 0.5 mm.
- Please create the design without transparency or transparent effects.
- No clipping paths or cutting paths.
- Please save your file as standard PDF/X-4, JPEG, or TIFF using the color profile ISO Coated v2 (300%).
Dimensions and Print Data
IMPORTANT: After your order, we will send you an email with a print proof so you can check once more that everything has been set up exactly according to your wishes before production begins.
Custom paper sizes between 5 × 5 cm and 65 × 45 cm are possible from 1,000 pieces. Please contact us by email for this option.
Color tattoos are produced with a white backing layer as standard to ensure the best possible appearance on the skin. This makes mascots, logos, and photorealistic designs look perfect. If you would like your tattoos to look like real inked tattoos, simply note “without white color” when ordering or choose black temporary tattoos.
Please note: Due to the production process, a small paper marking code may occasionally be visible on the backing paper. This is not a reason for complaint.

By default, the tattoos are covered with a paper protective sheet and cut to size. After that, they are bundled and conveniently packed.

Using a special process, inks are printed onto a specially coated paper. A certified, skin-friendly adhesive is then applied to the ink layer before a paper cover sheet completes the product.

The print approval file is shown mirrored because the design is printed reversed onto the tattoo paper. So—everything is perfectly fine!

3. Press the adhesive side onto clean, dry skin.
4. Rub the tattoo, then wet thoroughly with a sponge or cloth and press for about 20–30 seconds.

If the paper does not release easily, moisten again with a sponge.
