  2. Open the template in your desired graphics program (we recommend Adobe Illustrator)
  3. In the „Layers“ window you will find a layer named „White Print“, make this layer visible and put the areas you want to have white background on this layer. Color all elements on this layer with the color field „white“ (this is a solid color with 100% magenta, which will be printed white later in the printing process).

Alternative for all non-graphic designers:

Upload your desired graphic in our online-shop as JPEG or PNG in high resolution –> we will then place the file in the selected format and if you have selected „with whiteprint, we will add a white background to the entire motif.

  1. Creating print data for your print tattoos is very easy, just follow the steps below:
  2. Download templates www.print-tattoo.com/en/print-data-with-layout-templates/
  3. Open the template in your desired graphics program (we recommend Adobe Illustrator)
  4. Edit the template and then save it from the graphics program as „Illustrator PDF“ (for motifs with a fall off the edge incl. 3 mm bleed)
  5. Upload data depending on the order process in the online store or send it by mail.

Important!

  • There must be 5mm space between the motifs and the edge of the final format.
  • Several objects on one sheet:
    If you place several objects on one print sheet, make sure that there is 5mm space between the motifs all around.
  • Maximum upload or sending size = 10 MB
  • All graphics and fonts must be embedded or converted to paths for optimal display.

You can choose between 4 metallic colors: gold, silver, anthracite and copper/bronze. The line width of the motifs must be at least 1 pt. or approx. 0.5 mm.

  1. Download template for your desired tattoo type: www.print-tattoo.com/en/print-data-with-layout-templates/
  2. Open the template in your graphics program (we recommend Adobe Illustrator)
  3. Create the areas you want to have in a metallic color on the layer „your design“ and color all elements on this layer with the color field „Metallic Color1“ (this is a color field with 100% black, which will be printed later in the printing process in the respective metallic color from the order, if you want to create a second metallic color on the same sheet, please create a color field with 100% cyan and the name „Metallic Color2“).

The line width of the motifs must be at least 0.5 mm.

Alternative for non-graphic artists: Provide us with a file (whether JPEG, PNG or any other file format) in which the motif, which will later shine in metallic tones, is represented in a uniform color.

Before we produce your adhesive tattoos, we will send you a print release, where you can check the graphic again.

The reverse side of the backing paper of an adhesive tattoo is used as a print area for additional information.

There you will usually find the instructions for applying and removing tattoos, storage instructions, hazard warnings, and the manufacturer, seller, and ingredients.

Tip: you can also use the back print as advertising space and have a logo, contact information, or information on competitions etc. printed in 1C or 4C. Another variant of the back print is the single-colour preview of the tattoo.

The Polyester Cover

How are Temporary Tattoos Removed?2018-11-29T15:15:47+01:00

The easiest way to remove the tattoos is with the plaster remover offered by us as well, which is available as a cloth or spray. However, by rubbing the tattoo with soap, cream, or baby oil, it can easily be removed anytime as well.

The adhesive tattoos can be stored for approx. two years. Extreme heat and moisture should be avoided.

Instructions for use – How to apply Temporary Tattoos?2018-11-29T15:41:01+01:00
  1. Clean and dry the affected area of skin
  2. Remove surface protection from the front
  3. Press the adhesive side on clean and dry skin surface
  4. Scrub the tattoo and dampen well with a sponge or cloth and press – about 20 to 30 seconds.
  5. Carefully lift the back of the tattoo on one corner to see if the image will adhere to the skin. If the tattoo paper does not detach easily from the motif, moisten it again with a sponge.
  6. Dry wet skin area and do not pat dry

The tattoos remain nicely visible after applying to the skin for about two to six (2 – 6) days. During this time the Tattoosticker are water and sweat resistant.

Depending on the body location, resilience, fat content of the skin and hair, the shelf life varies within two to six days.
