Most of us remember temporary tattoos from our childhood. In 2011, we turned this familiar childhood favourite into Print Tattoo by STAINER – transforming a simple temporary tattoo into a versatile product for brands, businesses, events and creative ideas.

For 15 years, we have been bringing brands, messages and creative ideas to life on skin. During this time, we have produced over 1 billion temporary tattoos – and today, we print more than 10,000 unique tattoo designs every year.

Today, we manufacture custom temporary tattoos in quantities ranging from just 100 pieces to large-scale orders, directly at our production facility in St. Martin bei Lofer, in the Salzburg region of Austria. We work with private customers, businesses, agencies and resellers alike. From personalised designs for special occasions to large-scale brand campaigns, every tattoo is tailored to its intended purpose.

Behind Print Tattoo by STAINER is the Austrian family-owned company STAINER, which has stood for screen printing, innovative printing technologies and exceptional printed products since 1971. This long-standing experience and our in-house production expertise go into every tattoo we create.

In 2026, we gave Print Tattoo by STAINER a fresh new look: with a new corporate identity, a modern online shop and improved tattoo formulations. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to quality: 100% vegan, regularly dermatologically tested and Made in Austria.

Print Tattoo by STAINER is a brand of STAINER Schriften & Siebdruck GmbH & Co KG, an Austrian family-owned company. Since 1971, STAINER has stood for experience and quality in printing. In 2011, we launched Print Tattoo by STAINER, specialising in the production of custom temporary tattoos.

All Print Tattoos are 100% made in Austria at our production facility in St. Martin bei Lofer, Salzburg. From printing to final packaging, the entire production process takes place in-house, ensuring the highest quality standards and short production times.

Yes, our temporary tattoos are regularly dermatologically tested and comply with the requirements of the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. Our products are also registered in the European Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP).

Yes! At Print Tattoo, you can order custom temporary tattoos featuring your own design directly from an Austrian manufacturer. We produce both small orders starting from just 100 pieces and large quantities for businesses, events and promotional campaigns.
