Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for German and Austrian customers of our online shop. Starting from an order value of € 200.- or € 400.- (country-specific), shipping for all other EU countries is free. The minimum order quantity is 100 tattoos.

Express Shipping

Sometimes time can be a bit short. Therefore, we offer express shipping upon request if a shipment needs to be really fast. Why upon request? We can only offer express shipping depending on our order situation. But do not worry, our staff will clarify that for you immediately.

Weight examples per 100 pieces of tattoos

  • 100 pieces of 5 x 5cm tattoos have a weight of 0.07 kg

  • 100 pieces of 7 x 7cm tattoos have a weight of 0.12 kg

  • 100 pieces of 10 x 10cm tattoos have a weight of 0.23 kg

  • 100 pieces of DIN A6 tattoos have a weight of 0.37 kg

  • 100 pieces of DIN A5 tattoos have a weight of 0.73 kg

  • 100 pieces of DIN A4 tattoos have a weight of 1.45 kg

European Shipping

We deliver:

  • free of charge to Germany and Austria (for online shop orders)
  • to the entire EU and European third countries
    For delivery outside Germany and Austria, the delivery price depends on the weight of the parcel. In our online shop, this price is displayed transparently before you check out. For e-mail offers, we will also inform you about the delivery costs.

Delivery Times

Order production: approx. 3-4 weeks (for an advance payment, the deadline applies from receipt of the payment)

The delivery times can be slightly delayed depending on the recipient country.

If you pay in advance, the delivery time is extended until we find your payment in our account. Use the opportunity of an instant transfer for faster delivery.

Accepting a Delivery with Reservation

If you receive a damaged package or have any doubts about the integrity of the delivery, note your reservations on the delivery documents in the presence of the carrier! Please also make photographic proof.

The delivery can also be generally accepted with reservation. Since the carrier is not allowed to wait during unpacking, you cannot immediately inspect the product for integrity. Thus, you can unpack comfortably and still have the possibility of a claim in case of transport damage.
